The initial 20% deposit to secure your destination is non-refundable. If only the deposit has been made, feel free to cancel and contact us again when you’re ready.

If you’ve paid the remaining 80% balance, you have 48 hours to change your mind. If your mind changes, you experience a crisis or etc., within this 48 hours, please fill the form out below ASAP, and let’s get that money back into your pocket! After 48 hours, it’s unfortunate that we are as efficient as we are because your bookings would’ve been made already. BUT, we can work our magic and reschedule the trip.
