What if I’ve changed my mind about my the trip?
Please don’t hesitate to contact us! This is your trip. We will always accommodate you to the best of our abilities. Contact us for help.
Can I get my money back if I choose to cancel the trip?
We are here to help you! We know sometimes things come up and the money may be needed elsewhere. So we will do our best to accommodate you, within the confides of our policies and any contracts signed between yourself and us. Please review our refund policy and revert back to us if something is unclear.
What payment methods do you offer?
PayPal & EFT. if you need another option, contact us, we always have solutions to any problem.
What if I don’t have the money to pay for the balance of my trip?
Don’t stress, but please do review our refund policy. The deposit of 20% is nonrefundable, but we can work our magic & reschedule your dream vacation for a time that works better for you!
What if I don’t have the money to pay the balance for my trip?
We understand that sometimes things happen in life, however due to the nature of the work we do for you, we are unable to reimburse you for aspects of your trip that have already been paid for and/or booked on your behalf. The above is inclusive of all admin fees, and non-refundable deposits. Please review our refund policy and revert back to us if something is unclear.
Is the money I pay for the total trip inclusive of all expenses the trip may incur?
That is completely up to you! Before any money or service is exchanged, an agreement needs to be reached, regarding what aspects of your trip you would like us to manage and/or prepare for you.
Do I have to pay for changes to my itinerary?
We give the option of picking a flexible plan for your itinerary, whereby changes can be made in most instances. However, if you have chosen the budget plan, you will have to contact us to find out which changes are possible and what levies are associated with them.
Before your trip
How long does the whole planning process take?
Depending on the service selected, this can take anywhere from 1 – 3 weeks. You will receive frequent updates as the process goes, so that you remain in the loop and you may give commentary where you feel compelled to.
I’ve never applied for a visa, can you help me?
We offer multiple services regarding visa preparations. We cannot submit the visa for you, but we can help you get all your documents ready, and make sure your likelihood of success is high.
I have kids and/or a pet. Can they come with?
We specialise in travel planning for the whole family. Kids, fish, dogs, you and more!
Do you plan local or international trips?
Regardless of where you are in the world or where you want to go, we can plan it for you. The only limit is your imagination.
